July 1969: The stainless steel division of Nisshin Kogyo's Sales Section 3, which was engaged in the external sale of stainless steel scrap and scrap materials, was founded by Chiaki Yamada as Yamada Special Metals Co.
July 1980: Chiaki Yamada became Chairman, and Masahiro Nishio became President and Representative Director.
